David C. Hoak, M.D.

Dr. Hoak is board certified in anatomic and clinical and cytopathology, with subspecialty interest in prostate and genitourinary pathology.

He received his medical degree from Northwestern School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Washington.

Dr. Hoak then completed a fellowship in surgical pathology and hematopathology at Swedish Hospital in Seattle.

He has been with InCyte since 1993 and is currently InCyte's Medical Director.
