Brent M. Hjermstad, M.D.

Dr. Hjermstad graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed his residency at the Arizona Health Sciences Center.

He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and developed his subspecialty expertise in gastrointestinal pathology while at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.

Dr. Hjermstad served twenty-three years active duty in the Armed Forces, achieving the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Medical Corps. He has been with InCyte Pathology since 1998.
