- PAML (clinical laboratory) sold to International Clinical Laboratories; Pathology Associates Inc., PS,
(anatomic laboratory) retained by pathologist-owners
- Inc. PS provides medical directorship for PAML and contracts for certain PAML services (courier,
education, etc)
1993
- Pathologist staffing increases to ten
1998
- Pathology Associates Inc., P.S., takes over leased employees from PAML (approximately fifty employees)
2000
- Become Laboratory Medical Directors at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, WA
2001
- PAML moves to a location in downtown Spokane; Inc PS remains at Indiana address
2002
- Sacred Heart Medical Center employee-pathologists join Pathology Associates Inc., PS, to increase
pathologist staffing to seventeen
2003
- Pathology Associates Inc., P.S., changes name to InCyte Pathology, P.S.
- Become Laboratory Medical Directors at Kadlec Medical Center, Richland, WA
2005
- New InCyte Pathology laboratory completed at 13103 E Mansfield
