Thomas J. Bassler, M.D.

Dr. Bassler joined InCyte Pathology in 2002. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and cytopathology.

He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and completed his residency program as well as a fellowship in cytopathology at LAC-USC Medical Center.

Dr. Bassler has subspecialty interest in genitourinary pathology and neuropathology and has written several articles in the field of genitourinary pathology, including primary authorship of a paper describing the atypical small acinar proliferation within the prostate.
