About Us

InCyte Pathology is a private company founded in 1957 by pathologists to provide anatomic diagnostic services throughout the Pacific Northwest.  In 2005, InCyte Pathology moved into a new 26,000-square-foot, single-story facility at Mirabeau Point in Spokane Valley on 2.5 acres.  The new location was chosen primarily for the convenience of being centrally located to service the region's providers, clinics and hospitals.  

InCyte Pathology currently employs 140 employees, including 24 pathologists covering multiple specialty fields including Dermatopathology, Gastrointestinal Pathology, Gynecologic Pathology, Hematopathology, Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Renal Pathology, and Urologic Pathology.  

In addition to services provided to physicians' offices, InCyte Pathology contracts with several hospitals in eastern Washington and northern Idaho to provide laboratory medical directorship and consultative services. Current contract services for anatomic pathology include:
